What it is
Intermodal
Intermodal is the other half of what we are specialised in, and it is a conversation rather than a fixed product. Which combination a shipment needs depends on the deadline, the equipment and the lane.
Water is the cheapest leg and the slowest. Rail is steadier than road over long distances. Road is what makes either of them arrive at a door. Most routes use at least two, and the handover between them is where the time is usually lost, so that is the part we plan first.
