What it is
Customs handling
Beyond the transport itself we offer a wide range of customs facilities. Export documents, import clearance, T1 transit documents and a T2L, filed correctly the first time, so a shipment is not held at a border over a form.
Customs is where a shipment is most likely to stop, and almost always for something that could have been settled at the booking. We file the entry ourselves rather than passing it to a third party, so a question about a classification or a document is answered by the person who filed it.
